These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlji ("jlji," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jlji.net. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features offered through the jlji platform.

jlji operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is subject to all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming. 1 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the jlji platform. This policy is enforced in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Duplicate accounts are detected during the identity verification process. If a player is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering an account with jlji, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are required to provide a valid email address, date of birth, and other personal details as requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

jlji is required by law to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or UMID) and proof of address. Failure to complete identity verification will result in withdrawal restrictions until verification is successfully completed.

3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlji account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jlji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect that your jlji account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify our customer support team immediately via live chat. jlji will investigate the matter and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account pending investigation.

3.3 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your jlji account, whether or not you authorized such activity. You agree to use your account only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant, subject to the dormant account policy outlined in Section 12.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jlji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jlji reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within your jlji account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Players who have achieved higher VIP tiers may be eligible for increased withdrawal limits as part of their VIP benefits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes for verified accounts: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within 1 to 4 hours; bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 24 hours on banking days; InstaPay and PESONet transfers are processed within 24 hours. jlji reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on the jlji platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlji does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and applicable conversion fees may apply.

4.5 Funds Security

Player funds held on the jlji platform are maintained in segregated accounts separate from jlji's operational funds. This ensures that player balances are protected in the event of any financial difficulty affecting the company. jlji does not use player funds for operational expenses.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jlji offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time each bonus or promotion is offered and must be read carefully before claiming.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your jlji account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

jlji reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus, free bet, or promotional credit if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may be suspended or permanently closed.

5.4 Promotional Changes

jlji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the platform. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be retroactively affected by changes to that specific promotion's terms, except where required by law or regulatory directive.

6 Gameplay and Fair Use

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on the jlji platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Live casino games are conducted using physical equipment — cards, dice, and roulette wheels — that are visible on camera throughout each round. jlji does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue during gameplay, jlji reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct outcome as recorded by the game server will be the definitive result. jlji is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on the jlji platform. 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jlji platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any game.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the jlji platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to jlji immediately.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion.

jlji's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jlji does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

12 Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jlji account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by jlji

jlji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

14 Amendments to Terms

jlji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will take effect 14 days after notification, unless the changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.
